Product introduction:
Colloidal silica is a dispersion of nano SiO2 in water or non-aqueous solution. Because of excessive impurity contents, the common colloidal silica was limited to be used in traditional industrial field.
In order to meet the requirements of CMP and solar industry, ND has produced high purity colloidal silica (99.999%) by sol-gel method. As the first company to mass-produce this product, we have occupied more than 50% market share of solar polysilicon in China.
In addition to the requirement of purity, other performance indicators also can be controlled, such as particle morphology, concentration, dispersion medium, PH, etc.
